Warning letter to employee

I refer to our earlier discussion regarding a complaint from our customer saying that you were impolite and negligent in executing your duties.

I am writing to remind you of good manner and care towards our customers. This is strict company's policy that any justified complaint from our customers will result in disciplinary actions. Should another justified complaint from customers be received, you will be dismissed without prior notice.
